Bogdan combines in-house, public sector and private practice experience, with a focus on EU, competition and administrative law, in both advisory and litigation matters.
He previously handled competition law and administrative disputes in public service and worked in-house on a range of commercial matters, before moving into private practice at a regional law firm, where he advised on civil, commercial and administrative matters. He has advised and appeared in complex matters across a broad range of sectors, including energy, IT&C, pharmaceuticals and automotive. He combines strong analytical and technical legal skills with a clear understanding of commercial priorities.
