We are pleased to announce that Eduard Radu has been promoted to Senior Associate. Eduard has been with us from the very beginning. His promotion reflects something straightforward: consistent, rigorous work in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, case after case.
Over the past few months, four new colleagues have also joined the firm.
Andrea Vasiliu focuses on arbitration, with solid experience in administrative and tax matters as well. She holds an LLM from Leiden and is UNCITRAL certified.
Bogdan Spataru brings several years of experience in EU and competition law, with time spent in public service and at an international law firm before joining us. LLB, Southampton. LLM, Maastricht.
Iulia Cristea works in public procurement and administrative litigation, while completing an LLM in International Trade Law.
Elena Gavrila was recently admitted to the bar. She focuses on civil law and commercial litigation and is pursuing an LLM in International Arbitration.
We would also like to mention Svenja Papirowksi, who has been running between law school and the office with more energy than seems reasonable — and consistently meeting deadlines that are not easy ones.
